What to Send
Close-up photos of the worst areas plus a wide shot for context. Then: how old the asset is, whether it has been on salted roads or near the coast, whether anything has perforated, and how long you can have it out of service.
If you have run the putty-knife test or taken thickness readings, include those — they change the answer more than anything else you can tell us.
You will get back an assessment of whether it can be sealed, the prep it needs, a product and DFT recommendation, and either pricing or an applicator referral. If part of it is past coating and into repair, that is what you will hear.
